  • I’ve left a few jobs in order to preserve or improve my health. You really have to weigh up whether work related stress is really worth the impact it can have on your health. Someone once said to me ‘if you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything’, and it’s some of the truest words I’ve ever heard.

    • Yea same…otherwise it just leads to a vicious cycle where the money you’ve earned goes to the hospital anyway, but with worse pain and health!
