Things not to say to your friends with chronic illnesses, keep checking in on them, and we truly appreciate you for it! It’s easy to lose hope and forgo your passions when you’re in constant pain, but it’s important to keep those small flames of life alight. Wearing a bra can be painful for many women who live with chronic pain, and recommendations for alternatives. Grief at its most fundamental is about loss, and being diagnosed with chronic illness is a huge loss.
