In this issue: A goodbye to my sweet little parrotlets. Sometimes all you can do is manage your breath, and that’s enough. The problem with depression in people with fibromyalgia and chronic illnesses, is that they tend to withdraw when they need help the most. Chronic illness is a full-time job; even lying in bed costs pain and effort. Accepting life with chronic illness – one which wasn’t planned or imagined. Returning to a passion for horse riding, after years of disabling Multiple Sclerosis. Sometimes we avoid certain activities or things because it goes against the identity we have painted for ourselves. Doing what you can at home, with the 10 minute daily clean.
