In this issue: The innate stigma of passive suicidal ideation, and why so many people do not dare speak up and seek help. There is a difference between being true to yourself, and being intractable. Motivational tip: Focus only on what you need to achieve right now, and take it one step at a step with self-compassion. Whilst it’s okay to question and observe yourself and your pain, it isn’t okay to doubt them. Be wary of brushing someone else’s pain off as light or momentary. Why not try these monthly writing prompts, if you’re facing a writer’s block? We have yet to reach the full potential of who we can and want to become as compared to now. The current coronavirus situation worldwide is sadly, a taste of what chronic life & illness is like. The frustration of working towards better health, only to slide back down with chronic pain.
