In this issue: Sex is only one of many aspects of a good relationship; the ultimate goal is to bond on an emotional, physical, mental and even spiritual level. We heal when we start to believe that it is a possibility, and with the help of others. We can improve our wellbeing by making the smallest of changes to our lives and routines. If your first therapy didn’t go well, don’t brush it off as ‘not for you’, but continue searching for one that fits your needs. Walking isn’t the goal for many disabled people; please don’t be that person we have to prove ourselves to. Whilst diagnosing Antiphospholipid Syndrome isn’t straightforward, miscarriages can still be prevented to a fairly large extent. Symbols are everywhere around us, and the chronic illness community often use them to represent something. When your life goes on hold as you fall deeper into chronic pain, and why letting go doesn’t mean giving up. When you’re a fibromyalgia veteran, but your number one advice is constant throughout the years. Chronic pain patients often don’t want to take pain medications for various reasons; yet now the government has made it difficult to even get the prescriptions filled when they’re needed.
