In This Issue:

  1. Awareness that migraines can manifestly silently without pain, such as in Vestibular Migraine.
  2. The sad stigma of what ‘sick’ should appear or sound like; as if those who are chronically ill are not allowed to sound fine, and the need to portray some kind of pain to be believed.
  3. People with chronic illnesses or disabilities are no strangers to being isolated at home due to limited energy and chronic fatigue, and tips from them on how to cope.
  4. Share how your life, mindset, appearances, routines, character and more has changed since being diagnosed with and living with chronic illness or disability.
  5. Those with chronic illness and disability will need to live the lockdown life for good. Will their quality of life and accessibility go back to being ignored post COVID-19 restrictions?
  6. The silver lining in the COVID-19 restrictions for those with chronic illness – not being accused as lazy or feeling guilty for staying home due to chronic pain.
  7. Fibro fog makes one feel like an idiot, where even words a first grader would know are lost or jumbled up.
  8. Dreams appear in all stages of sleep, though if you set high enough standards for what they constitute of, most if it does come from REM sleep.
  9. When being diagnosed with a chronic invisible illness does not make the medical gaslighting better, but worse, as doctors brush new symptoms off as part and parcel of the chronic illness.
  10. Rheumatoid Arthritis and osteoarthritis have many overlapping symptoms which can make it hard to diagnose and target treatments for.
