  2. The benefits of nature have been known for centuries, yet we are losing touch with it in modern society, and along with it many dimensions to our wellbeing.
  3. There is nothing more chilling than when reality slaps you in the face, and you realise you are not invincible with chronic illness.
  4. Vitamin K1 is the predominant type of vitamin K found in the human diet. It can be found mainly in green leafy vegetables, whilst vitamin K2 in fermented foods and from animal-based sources.
  5. Warfarin interacts with many other medications, which limits the use of and can cause problems whilst on antibiotics, painkillers and more.
  6. Strangers with chronic illness on the internet often are more understanding about health struggles than even friends and family.
  7. It takes a strong person to realise that you can’t do everything on your own and to reach out for help.
  8. Everyone flares differently and there should not be a comparison.

  10. Struggling to pace on a good day by pushing yourself too hard, and turning it back into a bad day.
