  3. If you can simply sit alone in quietness and peacefulness, that is already a form of relaxation and healing. This ‘vibe’ can also benefit those around you in positive ways.
  4. A prolonged lack of sleep can affect skin health by causing premature ageing and permanent discolouration.

  10. Artesunate, imatinib and infliximab are drugs used for malaria, cancers and immune system disorders, and are being tested for potential treatment of COVID-19.
