Hello! If you didn’t already know, I’m a big fan of iHerb, a trustworthy online store that has a wide assortment of health products. I shop on iHerb once or twice a month for everyday products my family, pets and I need. This includes edibles such as raw honey, organic nuts and teas, and also high quality shower gels, hand lotions and soaps. You can find most things for running a nice, clean, chemical-free household here at affordable rates!

Probably the best tasting pre-packaged bone broth I’ve tasted.

If you like your honey with a bit of a rough texture to it, this is great!

Simply Organic: Ground Black Pepper

Organic, affordable, and one of our staple pantry supplies.

Traditional Medicinals: Organic Peppermint Tea

One of the mintiest teas I’ve personally tasted, and love! Great for upset tummies or a bit of refreshment.

Bigelow: Cozy Chamomile Herb Tea

If you can’t stomach much breakfast, this is plain tasting but packed with nutrients and fibre.

Great for snacking on, or sprinkling onto salads for a bit of healthy variety!

  • Great choices! I love pretzels; they’re my favorite salty snack when my blood pressure is low. And chia seeds are a perfect topping on my yogurt in the morning.
